If you are here, stop worrying! ZAP will accept returns and replacements, items in new condition, unused, unaltered, with tags, free from damages, and in their original packaging.

| Note: Refunds will be deducted by 2% bank charges and any shipping cost incurred during original order fulfilment.
For RTO orders, return shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund.
International Returns
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping or replacement shipping.
- ZAP is not liable for return courier fees, customs duties, or import/export-related expenses.
- If the international customer fails to return the product, ZAP reserves the right to charge a discretionary amount and initiate or reject refunds at its sole discretion.
- Customized international items are non-returnable unless proven defective upon inspection.

Replacement
Our replacement policy allows you to request a complete replacement within 7 days (previously 15 days) if the item is defective or damaged, or not as advertised. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
| In case of a replacement request, the one-sided shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items (Domestic & International)

Customised or Personalised Items: Goods that are customised, personalised, adapted, or bespoke (for example: customised bats where weight, handle, willow grade, and specifications are confirmed with the customer through support along with photos) are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable once sold, unless found to be defective upon inspection at the time of delivery.

Orders placed through personalised customer support after final confirmation of product details (such as photos, weights, and specifications shared before shipping) are final sales and not eligible for cancellation, return, or replacement.

What To Do
Returns/Replacements/Cancellations
Follow these steps if you wish to start your free return or replacement:

- Pickup will be done on the same address
Note that we fulfill & ship all orders in 24 hours. If the order you wish to cancel has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Specifically for Kashmir Willow Bat Purchases:
Wood from Kashmir has a different characteristic than wood from England. Even though the faces of these bats have been pressed to provide a robust, resilient surface, some surface cracks and indentations are likely to emerge in usage. Such blemishes should be overlooked; they are common in this type of wood and will not detract from the overall performance.
Important Notes:
- All Refunds and Replacements should be claimed within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Our Returns and Replacements Policy will not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Any damage, defective and incorrect item claim must be notified to us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, along with your e-mail address and phone number, as well as the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail.
Customer Service will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return/replacement. If you do not contact Customer Service within time, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We will arrange for the consumer to return the damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise for free, and we will provide a complete refund. - All things to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g., bats must be packed in the original shoe box and returned) and must not be broken or tampered with.
- We will initiate reverse pickups within four business days from the date of request.
- Your request for returns/replacements will be processed once the item(s) have been received.
- When it comes to refunds, banks typically take 10-15 business days to execute a refund once we have initiated it.
- If you request a replacement, we will ship your new order to you within 3-5 business days after receiving the previous shipment.
- Goods that are customized adapted, or bespoke can only be returned if faulty. They cannot be replaced. We take good care while providing you a customized bat.
- ZAP reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. Returns received for size must be accepted in new and unworn condition. All tags and labels must be attached.

At ZAP Cricket, we take great care in delivering premium cricket equipment worldwide. However, due to the complexities of international shipping, the following policy applies to all international orders:

What is ZAP 1-Year Limited Cricket Bat Warranty?
ZAP 1-Year Limited Bat Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty for English Willow Bats. The warranty period is 365 days/ 1- year from the date of purchase. If your ZAP bat develop a material or workmanship flaw within one year of the manufacture date, we want to get you back in the game
How to obtain warranty service?
Any damage or defective bat item claim must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by sending a mail at support@zapcricket.co.za and provide details of your e-mail address and phone number, as well as the order number and item number from your initial confirmation e-mail.
Customer Service will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service within time, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
How does the pickup/resend service work?
If your product falls under below mentioned policy condition and complete all the required checks, then only ZAP will accept a repair request.

What is covered and what is not by this 1-Year Limited Bat Warranty?
BREAKS IN THE HANDLE
General wear and tear or a manufacturing flaw could be the cause.
Solution: While the bat itself may NOT BE REPLACED; the handle can be. The bat's performance or life will not be harmed by replacing the handle.
ACROSS THE BLADE CRACKS
Willow that is weak or too dry is the cause.
Solution: REPLACEABLE at ZAP's discretion depending upon the bat's usual usage.
THE BLADE'S FACE HAS A SURFACE CRACK.
Causes include general wear and tear, the usage of low-cost hard balls, and improper knocking in.
Solution: NOT REPLACEABLE; the crack will have no effect on the bat's performance. Repairable at ZAP discretion. The use of protective tape will help to minimize the harm.
CRACKING ON THE BLADE'S EDGE
General wear and tear, mistimed shots, and improper knocking in are the causes.
Solution: CANNOT BE REPLACED. Repairable at the discretion of the ZAP. Cracks that are clearly apparent can be fixed. The BAT's performance will not be affected by such cracks. Such damages can be avoided by using fiber tape.
SURFACE CRACKING TO THE BLADE'S TOE
General wear and tear is the cause. Hitting the Yorker hard at the toe end of the bat causes such damage.
Solution: NOT REPLACEABLE; however, ZAP may repair it if necessary.
SHOULDER CRACK
It is caused by a mishit or a ball striking the shoulder area squarely.
Solution: NOT REPLACEABLE but may be repaired at the discretion of ZAP.
DAMAGE DUE TO WETNESS
This form of harm comes as a result of using the product in moist conditions. It usually causes swelling in the blade's toe area, which can split after drying. Such injury can be avoided by using a toe guard.
Solution: NOT REPLACEABLE because there is no manufacturing problem. At the discretion of the ZAP, the damage may be repaired.
DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OF A LOW-QUALITY CRICKET BALL OR BAD BAT HANDLING
The blade of the bat might be damaged if you use low-quality or harsh cricket balls.
It is strongly advised that only balls from recognized manufacturers be used.
Wrong usage: Usually caused by striking the bat on a hard surface other than the cricket ball.
Solution: Damages of this nature are NOT REPLACEABLE.
Important Note:
The Bat Warranty provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law. As such, the ZAP 1-Year Limited Cricket Bat Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and it does not exclude, limit, or suspend a buyer’s rights arising from consumer law.
